Will I be charged sales tax?
If you are a Washington resident, you will be charged the appropriate state and local sales taxes. These taxes will be calculated during checkout and displayed to you before submitting your order.

How do I know if I placed my order successfully?
Once you have submitted your order, an order summary page will be displayed with all of your order details. You may want to print this for your records. You will then receive an email confirming that your order has been successfully received online. If you placed your order over the phone and did not provide an email address, you will need to contact Rackbiz.com's customer service at 1-800-505-6884 or email us at orderinfo@rackbiz.com.

Can I change or cancel my order after I have submitted it?
Once your order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that it can be canceled or changed. If you realize you made a mistake, or simply change your mind about your order, please email us or call our Customer Service desk at 1-800-505-6884, as soon as possible and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please note that most orders are shipped within 24 hours.

How long will it take my order to ship?
Most order ship same day if the order is received before 2 PM (PST)

How does Rackbiz.com calculate shipping charges?
Shipping charges are calculated using a combination of the shipping location, weight and size of the package being shipped.

Will you ship orders outside of the country?
Yes. Additional shipping charges will apply. Please call customer service for exact amounts 1-800-505-6884.

Can I ship my purchase to a PO Box?
UPS cannot ship to a P.O. Box. However for additional cost we can ship to a P.O. Box with the USPS. Please email us or call for an exact quote.

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped by either UPS Ground service or by United States Postal Service (USPS). Express shipping is available for an additional charge.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Purchases shipped using our standard delivery will arrive within 3-5 business days but may take up to 8-10. You will receive a tracking # in your confirmation email.
