Within 30 days of receipt of a shipment from Rackbiz.com, items may be returned for a full refund if you
received product that has one of the following:
(Please call to receive a Return Authorization Number)
- Defective/damaged items
- Any item with missing parts
- Incorrectly shipped items
Within 30 days of receipt of a shipment from Rackbiz.com, products may be returned for a merchandise credit
(shipping costs not included) if the following applies:
- The item that has been unopened (excluding electrical)
- The item is in new condition with original packing and accessories
Cancellations
Unshipped items may be canceled via email or phone. However, please note that most orders are shipped
within 24 hours. Please call 1-800-505-6884 to verify if your order has been shipped.
Return Procedure
Please email us at orderinfo@rackbiz.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA#). Please include your name,
item #(‘s), order number, date of purchase, and reason for the request. All return items must be freight
prepaid, securely packed and include the RA. No COD's please. The return shipping address will be with the RA.
Note - if the return is a result of our error or a product defect, we will also refund your return shipping.
Refunds
You will be notified via email of your refund once we have received and processed your return.
Expect your refund in approximately 10 business days, in the same form as was previously accepted for payment.
