HitchMate is a versatile step that provides access to your tuck with the tailgate up or down. The TruckStep extends 23.5" from your receiver so you can step in your truck with a down tailgate. I’m Still Hitched

After 10+ years (and a backup blooper) my old Hitchmate TruckStep transformed. A brief celebration of life revealed a family still going strong. My new Hitchmate TruckStep continues to be my most used truck receiver attachment. When needed, it generously slides out to give me an easy two step access to my truck bed, then returns discretely below my closed tailgate, to await another opportunity to help me more easily and safely accessing my truck bed.
